What's going on in Louisville?

I took another look at what's going on: The very place of judgment-corrupt! The place of righteousness-corrupt! I said to myself, "God will judge righteous and wicked." There's a right time for everything, every deed - and there's no getting around it. I said to myself regarding the human race, "God's testing the lot of us, showing us up as nothing but animals." Ecclesiastes 3:16-18

All through history we find it frequently happen that when a man realizes his ambition, he turns it into diabolical perversity right off the reel. 

- Diabolical perversity is what's going on in Louisville.

In the Bible the conviction is that the basis of human life is in the hand of God, not in the hand of human reason - that an exalted position, moral, mental or spiritual, makes a man either more Godlike or more devil-like - and that by the decree of God and not by chance. 

- God's decree for the devil-like ambitions of man is what's going on in Louisville. 

When a man has mounted high and has the satisfaction of having fulfilled his ambition, he is compelled to be either a great humble man or a diabolical fiend. 

- The diabolical fiends of BLM and Antifa are driving what's going on in Louisville. 

When a man realizes his ambition, he may pervert it and become tyrannical. Unless kings and rulers are God-fearing men, they may become tyrants of the wildest order. 

- Godless tyrants of the wildest order are on the streets of Louisville.

One of the great stirring truths of the Bible is that the man who looks for justice from others is a fool. In moral and spiritual life if a man has a sense of injustice, he ceases to be of value to his fellow men. 

- Misguided emotional fools looking to others for justice for Breonna Taylor have ceased to be of value to fellow law abiding citizens and are fueling the flames of what is going on in Louisville.   

Never waste your time looking for justice; if you do you will soon put yourself in bandages and give way to self-pity. Our business is to see that no one suffers from our injustice. 

- Disenchanted, propagandized young adults who have had their hearts knocked out of their self-love are causing the injustice of what's going on in Louisville.

The man who has satisfied his ambition may suddenly become a miserable tyrant and all his joy will go. “These things have I spoken unto you,” said Jesus, “that My joy may be in you”. What joy did Jesus have? He failed apparently in everything He came to do; all His disciples forsook Him, He was crucified, and yet He talked of His joy. 

- The exchange of a joyful relationship with Jesus Christ for the Godless misery and hate of the devil is what is going on in Louisville. 

The joy of Our Lord lay in doing what the Father sent Him to do. His purpose was not to succeed, but to fulfill the design of His coming—“For I came down from heaven not to do My own will, but the will of Him that sent Me.” 

- The joy of the Lord is still being offered to the disenchanted victims of what is going on in Louisville. 

What is the real design of man’s creation? Solomon in the Bible deals with every possible phase of life—metaphysics, philosophy, religion, commercial prosperity, moral integrity not as guesswork, he had been through it all. 

- Canceling the Biblical wisdom and life lessons of Solomon is what is going on in Louisville. 

No one has the wisdom of Solomon, and his verdict is that it all ends in disaster. That is the summing up of it all unless a man sees that his “chief end is to glorify God and enjoy Him for ever,” and it takes a long while to get there. To put things on any other basis will end in disaster. 

- God's showing us up as nothing but animals in need of a Savior is what is going on in Louisville.
